Resolutions Director

My name is Namrata Jani and I am a senior student at Charles E. Gregory School of Nursing. I came to America 4 years ago; and boy oh boy has it been a journey since! I believe in working hard to achieve one’s goals. I believe nothing comes easy; one has to put sincere efforts to achieve anything. I have done my share of hard work and am a graduate now, waiting to sit for NCLEX. I have been active in school and NJNS inc., since my freshman year. I have served as a substitute library representative, Library representative and as treasurer consecutively during my years at Charles E. Gregory.   I served as a Monitor, a Head Monitor, and Delegate consecutively for NJNS.  I was elected as the Resolutions Director for this year. I intend to create a resolution that will work positively for all nursing students and registered nurses. I strongly feel that more preventative measures need to be taken to help student nurses and nurses from hurting their backs. I also feel strongly about the effect of nursing care globally, and would like to make a positive impact in that area. I invite any questions or suggestions that you might have for me.
